Linda Dudley implemented Cottingham Chalk Hayes's Relocation Department in 1984, and has led the award-winning department since that time. She is active in the local and national Employee Relocation Council, the Relocation Directors Council, and holds the prestigious CRP designation. She is well respected among her peers at other firms.
Annette joined Cottingham Chalk Hayes in 1999 as a Realtor® and joined the Relocation Division in 2002. As a corporate transferee herself - twice - Annette understands how important it is to match the right agent with the transferring family. She is an expert in managing domestic and international moves.
Sandy joined Cottingham Chalk Hayes over 10 years ago as our Corporate Homes Specialist. She relocated to Charlotte from the northeast where she was a Relocation Manager and Sales Manager with a prominent real estate firm in New Jersey. Sandy's expertise in listing, maintaining and servicing corporate homes is well known in the corporate relocation industry.
